This is how the process of choosing a puppy works:

Clients are in order by when they reached out to us and have paid the $100.00 Non-refundable deposit.

PLEASE NOTE: I ,(the breeder), reserves the right to hold back a puppy anytime after a litter is born for any purpose. Therefore, the client picking order would follow suit after my pick of the litter.

Once the litter is born, the additional $400.00 Non-refundable deposit will be required at (1) week of age. At this time, clients are allowed to choose their puppy.
- **The total $500 deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE (unless there are extenuating circumstances).

The deposit fee is deducted from the cost of the puppy. Our puppies are $2,200.00 (tax included) and pricing is for PET ONLY. Final payment is due at the time of pickup. Accepted forms of payment are (Cash, Bank Check , Zelle or Venmo). If puppy is not picked up by or within one week of pick up date, the puppy and deposit remain with us.
Our puppies are pure bred AKC Shih Tzu's and are raised in our home. They are a big part of our family and have human contact from the moment they are born. They are up to date on their first set of shots, vet checked, fecal sample, de-wormed, dew claws removed and nails trimmed. They come with a one year health (puppy replacement only) guarantee. All of our puppies are vet checked by one of our best veterinarians in town; Country Companions Veterinary.

For Our clients:
We will be sending weekly pictures and videos of the litter to you. Once the puppies are one week old, you will then be able to select your gender and color preference.
We are not allowing clients to visit their puppy, but we are happy to send pictures, videos, or face time with you. They are allowed to go to their new homes at 8 weeks of age.
