What is the health of your Dams and Sire?

• My Dams and Sires are currently in good health and have regular vet checkups and immunizations.

Do you pee pad train the puppies?

• Pee pad training is provided while they are in my care for the 8 weeks. Continued pee pad and outdoor training is the responsibility of the new owner.

Do you have the puppies checked by a vet?

• The puppies will go to the new owner with a vet cleared health certificate, fecal test performed, 1st de-worming, dew claws removed, and their first set of immunizations. I do not provide micro chipping, DNA disease testing, or neuter/spay.

Do you have a health guarantee policy?

• The heath guarantee is stated in my contract and is a puppy replacement guarantee only.

Do you have any references?

• Yes. References are provided upon request.

Can I come visit my puppy before the pick up date?

• Typically,clients are not allowed to visit the puppies or their parents due to the fact that they are not vaccinated until 7-8 weeks old. Puppy pickup is at a public destination.  FaceTime, videos, and pictures can be provided during the 8 week wait time. Please email or text me to request a time to FaceTime or to request pictures and/or videos of your puppy.

Do you have a "puppy kit" that you send home with the puppy?

• Puppies will go home with a puppy basket that includes a toy, blanket, pee pads, and an informational packet.

How and when can I pay the deposit for a puppy?

• Deposits are acceptable through Venmo, Zelle or bank check.

Can I reach out to you with questions and/or concerns after taking the puppy home?

• I am available at anytime for suggestions or advice once the puppy is in their new home.

How long have you owned Shih Tzus and been breeding for?

• I have owned the breed since 2003 and have been breeding since 2016.

​

When will I be provided with AKC papers for my new puppy?

• AKC papers will not be provided until proof of spay or neuter is presented.

​

Are the puppies socialized at all while in your care?

• The puppies get their socialization through myself,  family members & my adult Shih Tzu's.

When can I choose a puppy?

• Choosing a puppy goes in order of my client list. Clients are able to choose their puppy at birth or 1 -2 weeks of age.
